Lamport Hall is a grade 1 listed country house in Lamport, Northamptonshire. Set in 10 acres of tranquil gardens and enclosed by glorious parkland, it is also, surprisingly, the home of the original Garden Gnome. Sir Charles Isham not only built one of the first rockeries in England, he also furnished it with small Nuremburg figurines, only one of which has survived. The stable block houses an exhibition of the Hall's chequered history.

Brixworth Church is an outstanding example of Anglo-Saxon architecture and is the largest English church that remains substantially as it was in the Anglo-Saxon era.

Brixworth is south of Lamport on the A508 mid-way between Northampton and Market Harborough.
